Sunset Yogurt Smoothie

By Michelle | December 30, 2016

Do you love strawberries? Those pretty red berries which give your smoothie a beautiful pink color and that flyffy light flavor that everybody loves. But not just that, it’s also packed with vitamins and it reduces cholesterol as well as risk of hearth attack. Strawberries alleviate allergies and fight against free radicals, which is something that everybody needs.

Part of our smoothie are Greek yogurt and oranges, which are great boosters of the natural sweetness of strawberries. They can turn this smoothie into a incredibly delicious and energizing breakfast. Orange is full of vitamin C and antioxidants, which can be quite beneficiary for you. It’s perfect if you’re a fan of the popular Sunrise smoothie served in many restaurants and smoothie bars. Greek yogurt will improve your digestion and help you lose weight while still eating dairy. It contains lactic acid that protects your teeth, which is a super quality. Greek yogurt also contains a lot of protein, making you feel full of energy.

As for milk, if you don’t want to use soy milk, you can use unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk. Both work great here!

So, this is one super fluffy, super tasty smoothie which you should definitely try.

Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

By Michelle | December 30, 2016

This is one of those simple and yet really effective smoothies. Its purpose is to keep you full and make you smile. Quite good isn’t it?

It contains peanut butter, which is packed with nutrition. Peanut butter is one of the greatest protein sources there is and it tastes great. What could you possibly wish on top of that? Maybe to boost your energy levels? It does that, too. Rich in fibers? Very. Good for diets? Sure, it keeps you fuller for longer time, so at the end of the day, you eat less. Everything about this ingredient of our smoothie is great.

It contains some skim or soy milk, too. Soy milk is a ours choice since it’s lactose free and contains only vegetables proteins. It also reduces cholesterol and strengthens blood vessels. This is also way better choice if you want to lose weight, so, give it a try. Finally, banana is added to keep you in good mood and make our smoothie really creamy and tasty. Well, those aren’t the only reasons, since it’s keeping your eye muscles in place, lowers blood pressure and protects against cancer. And it’s packed with energy.

If you want something really simple, but super great, then this is the right smoothie for you.
