Here’s the thing: this smoothie is packed with vitamins, enzymes, healthy fats and is incredibly delicious and creamy! This is one of those smoothie that you could take to the beach and just enjoy it while tanning in the sun. Feeling a need to cool off? Just use this smoothie – it’s healthy, refreshing and very tasty!

It contains Greek yogurt, which is one of those super foods, packed with proteins, good for boosting your immune system and fighting against many common diseases such as diabetes, hearth diseases, asthma and help you lose weight, too. Almond milk is there to add it’s unique flavor to our smoothie, as well as regulare blood pressure and burns fats. It also doesn’t need refrigeration, which is great solution if you are planning on making one smoothie on the beach.

Pineapple is there to make the flavor perfect and to add valuable vitamins and minerals to our smoothie. If you want it to be a bit more like milkshake, just add a lot of ice.

Spinach Pineapple Smoothie is loaded with tons of vitamins and nutrients. Also, it is low on calorie, which makes it a very desirable vitamin bomb for everyday use. Spinach can help you prevent diseases like Asthma, Cancer and Diabetes. It also lowers blood pressure and it is one of the best known sources of potassium and iron that human can get. If you don’t have spinach at hand, you can always use kale.

Pineapple is added as a great source of vitamin C and of an enzyme called Bromelain, which is useful in treating arthritis, reducing inflammations and shortening recovery time needed after plastic surgeries. As for coconut milk, it is used to add flavor and to help you feel fuller. However, coconut milk has a lot of fat, so if you really want it to be fat-free, then you can replace it with kefir or water. It will still taste great, but it won’t be fattening. There is one banana in our smoothie too, because it contains useful nutrients and sugars which will provide your body with much needed energy.

Really Greeny Vegetable Smoothie is all about natural fat burning. It also has really nice antioxidant properties, so you are getting two for a price of one (smoothie). Main ingredient in this smoothie is green tea, which will increase your metabolism and help you feel good in your skin. If you want just antioxidant benefits of green tea, then you can use decaf green tea. And if you wish to burn fat as well, you must use caffeinated green tea.

Pineapple is there to add flavor to this smoothie and for its antioxidants. Pineapple contains a lot of vitamin C too, which will boost your immune system. As for broccoli and cauliflower, they have strong enzymes that are known for making body burn fat with more efficiency.
