Peanut Butter Apple Smoothie

By Michelle | December 30, 2016

If you are not inspired for cooking, but you want something beautiful and tasty, this smoothie might be just what you need. Apples and peanut butter are made for each other. That’s it.

Some people just can’t get past the color. But when you tell them it’s just apple and peanut butter, they are going to love it (without questioning is there any spinach inside). And really, there is. Spinach is one of the healthiest veggies ever. It’s full of protein, vitamins and minerals which you probably wouldn’t get if it wasn’t hidden by an apple and peanut butter flavor. Spinach also contains a lot of iron, which helps your body to use energy more efficiently.

An apple is there to give our smoothie that nice flavor and to keep the doctor away with its minerals and vitamins. Orange juice fits perfectly with apple and peanut butter flavor, and it’s great source of vitamin C. Mango is full of antioxidants and besides improving digestion, it also helps in prevention of diseases like Asthma, hearth diseases and diabetes.

This smoothie is really tasty option for all those who don’t love classic greenish smoothies. Give it a try, it will make you feel great!

50 Shades of Green Smoothie

By Michelle | December 30, 2016

Every winter it’s the same story. You are trying to eat healthy, but it feels so good to eat delicious steaks and cakes filled with delayed regrets. Best time for 50 Shades of Green Smoothie was during the holiday season, but you probably missed it. So, second best time is now. This smoothie is full of light veggies and fruits that will make you feel good.

It contains frozen banana, full of fiber and sugar, which is in charge to make you feel full and nice. Spinach is present, to make smoothie green and filled with vitamins. Kale is spinach’s second cousin, but he’s not there just to make things greener, but also to lower your blood pressure and reduce risks of many diseases including asthma, arthritis and bone fractures. Broccoli looks pretty greenish too, that’s for sure. But it also helps preventing cancer and repairs blood vessels.

Additionally, there is an apple (green, you guess) too. Apple and cups of carrot and orange juice are there to add more vitamins and flavor to our healthy and sexy smoothie.  It looks attractive, natural and has tons of vitamins. Enjoy 50 Shades of Green Smoothie and start living healthy today.
