Besides making you smile, Greek yogurt also keeps your smile, since it doesn’t contain a lot o sugars and has lactic acid that protects your teeth. Also, there is some almond butter to clean your body from free radicals and boost your levels of healthy cholesterol. Finally, almond milk, besides delicious flavor will provide you with everything like cow milk does, and even more. It doesn’t even require refrigeration, since it can be opened up to ten days on a room temperature.  You can add honey if you want your almond banana weekend smoothie to be sweeter.
