Spinach also contains a high amount of vitamin A, vitamin A is a great antioxidant and is essential for bone growth and healthier immune system.
The spinach booster also contains other nutritional ingredients such as carrot, green apple, kiwi and lemon, all packed with different nutrients and adds flavour to the smoothie, as spinach can be bland at times. Carrot also contains vitamin A, which contributes to skin care, healthier teeth, healthier gums and it’s true, carrots are good for your eyes.
