Summer is here, time to shed a few pounds and get toned, a great way to shed some pounds is to have regular exercise, and eat healthy. If you are a fan of strawberries, want to detox and lose weight, then try the Strawberry Detox Smoothie. Strawberries are a summer favorite, not only because they are refreshing and tasty, but they are packed with healthy nutrients. Strawberries are packed with vitamin c, fiber, folic acid and fiber, making them a healthy snack. Raspberries are also great for losing weight, as they are packed with antioxidants and are high in fiber. Raspberries are also high in vitamin c, which contributes to healthier skin, and raspberries are low in calories, making them a great snack for losing weight. Lastly adding almond milk makes the smoothie creamier, and adds a nicer texture to the blend, but if you are not a fan then add water. So if you want to detox and lose a few pounds, then try the strawberry detox smoothie, not only is it tasty, but packed with nutrients and a healthier snack option.

The purple detox is not for the sweet tooth, it has a sour kick at the end, which will certainly wake you up. Blueberries contains lot of different minerals such as iron, magnesium, potassium and manganese, exactly what we need in our daily diets. Grapefruit may be sour, but it’s a great for detoxing, losing weight and the digestive system. Lastly add a banana to cover the sour grapefruit taste and add some thickness to the blend, if you still find your blend is sour then add the other half in too.
