Sunshine Breakfast Smoothie

By Michelle | December 30, 2016

Is it hot where you are? It’s so hot that a lot, and I mean really a lot, of foods doesn’t even sound good. Drinks, on the other hand, sound super great. Especially fruity ones. Here’s one of those breakfast smoothies, offering both nourishment and refreshment.

It’s ultra-simple to make, too. I bet all those smoothie lovers have tried this combo many times before. But if you are a person who doesn’t make smoothies often, then you should definitely give this easy and super quick smoothie a try. It’s icy cold and very refreshing.

Mango is super fruit. It’s full of antioxidants and very good for the eyes, too. It prevents hearth diseases and improves digestion. But all that is just a bonus to it’s super refreshing flavor. And in hot days, that refreshing flavor is way more important than some vitamins and minerals. One banana is there to make this a true breakfast smoothie, packed with energy. Whole-milk yogurt is also a part of our refreshing smoothie. It’s good for digestion, too. Some crushed ice will make our smoothie super cool and bit thicker. You can add mint to garnish, too.

This is one of those summer smoothies that are super refreshing and delicious, if you drink them right away, so make sure you do so.

High Energy Coffee Breakfast Smoothie

By Michelle | December 30, 2016

Everybody likes a cup of coffee in the morning. But what if you could turn that cup of coffee into a delicious and nutritious breakfast instead drinking it like ordinary? Mixing it with milk and banana will make you a nice and fresh breakfast smoothie. Caffeine in coffee will get you going, especially if you are getting up early in the morning. On the other hand, milk contains important carbon fibers and lactose, not to mention high content of vitamins and minerals such as Magnesium, which is good for your hearth and Calcium, good for your bones.

It sounds good already, doesn’t it? Banana is fat free, healthy and her main quality is high content of sugars, which will make you feel full and ready to face any challenge. Some studies even suggest that eating at least one banana a day will help you lift up your spirits  and fight depression. This is a great smoothie if you are on a diet, too. You have coffee, milk and a banana which are going to fill you up with energy to start your day, and all that without any extra calories. Basically, this is a delicious breakfast packed with energy and it won’t make you gain weight. Is there more to wish for?
