Triple Pleasure Yogurt Smoothie

By Michelle | December 30, 2016

This is one of those milky and fruity smoothies that you just need to have from time to time. It has some fats, since it contains some milk, but life is too short, so sometimes you should enjoy yourself a little bit.

First we have a mix of frozen berries. Berries are super food. They taste great, they make your smoothie look great and they are healthy. Berries are full of antioxidants and they are going to help you clean your body and feel overall better. They don’t have to be frozen, but this way they are available all year long. If you see a sale of berries, just buy them, put them in your freezer and use them in your smoothies whenever you like.

Next on our list of ingredients is a vanilla yogurt. Ooohh yes. That’s the real deal. Yogurt boost your immune system, helps in recovery after a workout and is high on protein. Light, tasty and heathly.

One cup of milk can be replaced with some almond or nut milk of your choice if you are looking for a healthier option. Finally, bananas are there to give you energy and make you feel fuller.

Anyway, this smoothie is super delicious, fruity, milky, fluffy and you should give it a try.

Peanut Butter Oatmeal Banana Combo Smoothie

By Michelle | December 30, 2016

Yeah, I know. This is a ten years old combo. But what’s new? I have put it in a smoothie form. And I can tell you right now – it works super great. Breakfast is changed forever.

First thing first, I have used a full 1/4 cup of steel cut oats soaked overnight and some chia seeds. By soaking your grains overnight you make them more digestable while also helping your body to absorb nutrients easily. Plus, they get a lot on volume, which is great! If you want to make this smoothie even healthier, just add some spinach or kale. It will change the color of your smoothie, but the taste will remain as sinfully delicious as it was before.

Peanut butter used in this smoothie should be natural and simple, with just one ingredient: peanuts. Try avoiding the brands with additional oir, salt or anything else. Almond milk is a super healthy alternative to cow milk, but feel free to experiment with coconut milk or yogurt. One banana is there to help out our breakfast smoothie with additional energy needed to start your day. You can add a dash of cinnamon or a bit of coconut oil, too.

Anyway, this is one really nice combo smoothie, that will make you feel heavenly from the beginning of your day.

Peanut Butter Pleasure Smoothie

By Michelle | December 30, 2016

Even thinking about combining creamy peanut butter with strong chocolate and smooth bananas makes my mouth water. And I think to myself – why settle for a dream? Why not make this beautiful smoothie happen? So, here it is.

To create this tasty and healthy smoothie, first thing you need are frozen bananas. They are sweet, creamy and very healthy. They are full of fiber and good sugars, which will give you energy and make you feel great. You should choose a natural peanut butter for this smoothie. So, read those ingredients! No additional oil, salt, sugar or anything else, just one ingredient: peanuts. Coconut milk should be your choice instead of dairy milk. You probably won’t feel the difference, but your body will! Coconut milk is very rich in nutrients and full of fibers. It can help you overcome Hangover, too. If you are having one right now, don’t wait any second longer, go and make yourself a smoothie!

All in all, this is one of the simplest and yet the tastiest smoothies out there. If you are looking for something simple but refreshing, then search no more – try our Peanut butter smoothie.

Black but Great Smoothie

By Michelle | December 30, 2016

Yeah, it looks blackish. But, please don’t be afraid by the color of our smoothie. It tastes way better than it looks. This smoothie gets its color from blueberries, which are, by the way, very rich in antioxidants. Kale is also partially responsible for the color of our smoothie. But you know what? It’s also one of the healthiest vegetables in the world. So, when you put things in that perspective, black is the new green!

This powerful smoothie contains super healthy almond milk which is unique on flavor and full of vitamins. Dates helps with everything from constipation to sexual dysfunction. If you are looking for a fruit that has the title of the healthiest one on the planet, then try dates. Bananas are there to add that creamy flavor to our smoothie and pack it with energy.

So, we are having the healthiest ever vegetable and fruit in the same smoothie. Isn’t that great? Extra tip: If your bananas are freckled and brown, instead throwing them peel and cut them and then put them in your freezer. They are perfect for smoothies!

So, this smoothie is black and unattractive, but it’s also one of the healthiest out there. Give it a try!

Greenish Peanut Butter Smoothie

By Michelle | December 30, 2016

Are you looking for a healthy but tasty smoothie? Well, this is it. It looks greenish, but it tastes super delicious. Banana is there to make our smoothie energetic and lift up your spirits. It helps with high blood pressure, too. Peanut butter is packed with protein and nutrients and, above all, it tastes great, so we made it a part of our smoothie.

By adding some nut milk, we are enhancing flavor and along the way, getting valuable vitamins and minerals for our smoothie. And there are plenty of them in nut milk, that’s a fact. Kale is there as one of the healthiest foods on the planet, with tons of densely packed nutrients and antioxidants. It is also an excellent source of minerals. Kale is good for lowering cholesterol, too. Extraordinary, isn’t it?

So, if you are lacking green in your diet, but don’t want to eat it, this smoothie should help you out. Enjoy beautiful flavor and still get all the nutrients you need.
