Sunset Yogurt Smoothie

By Michelle | December 30, 2016

Do you love strawberries? Those pretty red berries which give your smoothie a beautiful pink color and that flyffy light flavor that everybody loves. But not just that, it’s also packed with vitamins and it reduces cholesterol as well as risk of hearth attack. Strawberries alleviate allergies and fight against free radicals, which is something that everybody needs.

Part of our smoothie are Greek yogurt and oranges, which are great boosters of the natural sweetness of strawberries. They can turn this smoothie into a incredibly delicious and energizing breakfast. Orange is full of vitamin C and antioxidants, which can be quite beneficiary for you. It’s perfect if you’re a fan of the popular Sunrise smoothie served in many restaurants and smoothie bars. Greek yogurt will improve your digestion and help you lose weight while still eating dairy. It contains lactic acid that protects your teeth, which is a super quality. Greek yogurt also contains a lot of protein, making you feel full of energy.

As for milk, if you don’t want to use soy milk, you can use unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk. Both work great here!

So, this is one super fluffy, super tasty smoothie which you should definitely try.

Peanut Butter Oatmeal Banana Combo Smoothie

By Michelle | December 30, 2016

Yeah, I know. This is a ten years old combo. But what’s new? I have put it in a smoothie form. And I can tell you right now – it works super great. Breakfast is changed forever.

First thing first, I have used a full 1/4 cup of steel cut oats soaked overnight and some chia seeds. By soaking your grains overnight you make them more digestable while also helping your body to absorb nutrients easily. Plus, they get a lot on volume, which is great! If you want to make this smoothie even healthier, just add some spinach or kale. It will change the color of your smoothie, but the taste will remain as sinfully delicious as it was before.

Peanut butter used in this smoothie should be natural and simple, with just one ingredient: peanuts. Try avoiding the brands with additional oir, salt or anything else. Almond milk is a super healthy alternative to cow milk, but feel free to experiment with coconut milk or yogurt. One banana is there to help out our breakfast smoothie with additional energy needed to start your day. You can add a dash of cinnamon or a bit of coconut oil, too.

Anyway, this is one really nice combo smoothie, that will make you feel heavenly from the beginning of your day.

Peanut Butter Pleasure Smoothie

By Michelle | December 30, 2016

Even thinking about combining creamy peanut butter with strong chocolate and smooth bananas makes my mouth water. And I think to myself – why settle for a dream? Why not make this beautiful smoothie happen? So, here it is.

To create this tasty and healthy smoothie, first thing you need are frozen bananas. They are sweet, creamy and very healthy. They are full of fiber and good sugars, which will give you energy and make you feel great. You should choose a natural peanut butter for this smoothie. So, read those ingredients! No additional oil, salt, sugar or anything else, just one ingredient: peanuts. Coconut milk should be your choice instead of dairy milk. You probably won’t feel the difference, but your body will! Coconut milk is very rich in nutrients and full of fibers. It can help you overcome Hangover, too. If you are having one right now, don’t wait any second longer, go and make yourself a smoothie!

All in all, this is one of the simplest and yet the tastiest smoothies out there. If you are looking for something simple but refreshing, then search no more – try our Peanut butter smoothie.

Almond Strawberries Smoothie

By Michelle | December 30, 2016

This is one light and fruity smoothie. Complete breakfast prepared in less than 3 minutes. One of the main advantages of our almond strawberries smoothie is absence of expensive protein powder. Instead, we have added 100 per cent natural ingredients, making our smoothie nice, creamy and full of antioxidants. And a lot of healthful fats for you, too.

Strawberries will help you boost your energy levels and protect your against great number of diseases along the way. They are also great if you are trying to alleviate some allergies you may have. Mixed berries, like blueberries and raspberries are rich in antioxidants and will make you feel good inside your skin. Almond milk, of course, is rich in every possible way and it adds a lot of flavor to our smoothie. By adding a few extra almonds inside, we’ll make this thick and smooth smoothie. If the smoothie looks thin at the end, add some frozen berries. Also, it’s important to mix strawberries and almond milk first, and then add the rest of the ingredients.

Almond strawberries smoothie is a great choice if you are looking to have a quick and light breakfast and lose weight along the way.
