50 Shades of Green Smoothie

Every winter it’s the same story. You are trying to eat healthy, but it feels so good to eat delicious steaks and cakes filled with delayed regrets. Best time for 50 Shades of Green Smoothie was during the holiday season, but you probably missed it. So, second best time is now. This smoothie is full of light veggies and fruits that will make you feel good.

It contains frozen banana, full of fiber and sugar, which is in charge to make you feel full and nice. Spinach is present, to make smoothie green and filled with vitamins. Kale is spinach’s second cousin, but he’s not there just to make things greener, but also to lower your blood pressure and reduce risks of many diseases including asthma, arthritis and bone fractures.
