Coconut Milk Smoothie With Pineapple and Orange

By Michelle | February 8, 2017

If you are searching for an ideal breakfast, then you should consider our Coconut Milk Smoothie With Pineapple and Orange. It contains coconut milk which is very rich in nutrients and healthy fats. It also contains a lot of fibers and boosts hydration, which can be really important during the summer. One the really great things about coconut milk is its anti-cancerous property.

Oranges are there as a great source of vitamin C and it’s full of antioxidants which are needed to fight numerous diseases. Oranges taste great and are low on calories as well as packed with fibers. When you are adding oranges to your smoothie, make sure that they are whole, since lots of vitamins and minerals are stored in the skin. Bananas are there to make things super tasty and creamy, as well as energetic. Pineapple is also present due to its unique flavor and high content of vitamins and minerals.

Yogurt is there to keep things light, and to add valuable probiotics to this smoothie. If you want to make your smoothie thicker, you can add some ice cubes or cold water.

If you like light and fruity smoothies, packed with energy and full of vitamins, then this smoothie is something you should make right away.

Coconut Milk Smoothie With Skinny Greens

By Michelle | February 9, 2017

Coconut-Milk-Smoothie-With-Skinny-Greens-575x262Coconut Milk Smoothie With Skinny Greens is really packed with lots of nutrients. Also, it is low on calorie, which makes it a very desirable and healthy for everyday use. Spinach is great in preventing diseases like Cancer, Asthma, and Diabetes. It’s also one of the best-known sources of potassium and iron and it lowers blood pressure, too. If you don’t have spinach at hand, kale can be used instead.

Coconut milk, it is used to add flavor and to help you feel fuller. Coconut milk has a lot of fats, so be careful not to exaggerate with this tasty smoothie (I know how it looks and trust me – it ain’t pretty). There is one banana in our smoothie too because it contains useful nutrients and sugars which will provide your body with energy and make our smoothie creamier.

As for pineapple, it is added as a great source of vitamin C and of an enzyme called Bromelain, which is useful in treating reducing inflammations, arthritis and shortening recovery time needed after plastic surgeries.

So, if you are looking for veggie smoothie that is low on calories, delicious and high on nutrients, then you should definitely try a Coconut Milk Smoothie With Skinny Greens. It is cheap, fast and above all, it tastes really good.
