Me in NYC I am a thirty-something former corporate food scientist who thinks way too much about food. I love to eat and seem to spend a lot of my day in the kitchen.

I eat a mostly vegetarian diet.  I love the energy and overall well-being that comes from eating a plant based diet. I try my hardest to make the majority of my family’s meals nourishing and wholesome.

When I’m not cooking or mothering, you’ll likely find me reading, practicing yoga or drinking tea.  But not all at the same time, as that would be a wee bit challenging.
