On Sunday I was home with my 2 year old while my husband took our 4 year old swimming. I felt like a afternoon sweet treat, so I put two frozen bananas, a dash of vanilla and about 1 Tbsp each of cacoa nibs, shredded coconut and coconut oil into the food processor and whipped up some banana coconut soft serve. I topped mine with extra coconut.
It was a sweet little snack time for the two of us, both literally and figuratively.
